Football History ("we", "our", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

Data stored locally on your device:

• Favorites: Teams, players, and editions you choose to save. Stored locally on your device only.
• Browsing History: A record of recently viewed items (up to 50 entries). Stored locally on your device only.
• Language Preference: Your selected display language (Chinese, English, or Vietnamese).
• Cached API Responses: Temporary copies of data fetched from our servers, to enable offline access and faster loading.

Data transmitted to our servers:

• API Requests: When fetching historical football data (teams, players, editions, statistics), your device sends standard HTTP requests. We do not log or store personally identifiable information from these requests.

Data we do NOT collect:

• We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any personal contact information.
• We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
• We do not access your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or any device sensors.
• We do not create user accounts or require registration.

2. How We Use Information

All locally stored data is used solely to enhance your experience within the App:

• Display your favorited items for quick access.
• Show your recently viewed items.
• Display the App in your preferred language.
• Provide offline access to previously loaded data.

3. Data Storage and Security

All user preference data (favorites, history, language) is stored exclusively on your device using the operating system's standard storage mechanisms (UserDefaults on iOS, SharedPreferences on Android). This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with any third parties. No personal data is collected or transmitted.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your data at any time:

• Clear Favorites: Remove individual favorites from the Favorites screen.
• Clear History: Use the "Clear All" option in the History screen.
• Clear Cache: Use the "Clear Cache" option in Profile > Settings.
• Delete All Data: Use the "Delete All My Data" option in Profile > About, or uninstall the App.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is a general-audience reference application about international football history. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Since we collect no personal data, no special provisions are required.

7. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
